I have been dealing with MAD Office Supplies for nearly 10 years, as did my predecessor before me. No one has come even close to their standard at any time. The staff are fantastic, it is always nice to hear a cheery and happy voice at the end of the phone. They conduct their business in a very professional and friendly way with that “attention to detail” that is quite rare these days. It is a nice way to start the day with a phone call to Neil or Anne. The service they provide is first class, no job too small or too big and if they haven’t got it they will get it. I have dealt with many different stationery and office suppliers in the past (both large and small companies) and was pleasantly surprised with my personal dealings with MAD over the past 6 months. Their website ordering system is easy to use and if we ever experience any search problems their staff are always more than happy to assist. They have gone out of their way to source products if they are not listed with them and have been very price competitive as well. Management and sales staff have taken the time to introduce themselves to us personally and we appreciate having a point of contact should we ever require it. Their dedication to their customers and causes is to be commended and I would highly recommend this company as a reputable stationery supplier.

Our company has had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Make A Difference for four years now, and believe me it has been an absolute pleasure! On all levels from ordering to delivery they would have to be the best company I have dealt with in my working life (and that is more years than I care to add up!) They are extremely kind, caring, obliging, generous, courteous and committed to assisting their clients in any way possible. And don’t we just all love the inclusion of our bag of lollies with each order delivered (and sometimes extras!!) This company feels and treats us like extended family and with giving points received from orders placed it is a pleasure to give back to the many organisations they support, as well as enjoying an occasional dining experience! I was battling a major health issue in 2011 and what a surprise to receive a gift delivered with an order as well as a hand written and signed get well card. Above and beyond the call of duty I say but most sincerely and greatly appreciated. PS. What I love most about MAD is the friendly customer service people. Any requests whether they be prices or stationery in stock, it's never a problem. They even take the care of calling us if there are any backorders (which is rare!). I believe MAD are the best office supplies company in Australia with a great rewards program, not heard of anywhere else! Their rewards program with the choice of donating to 15 different charities is a fantastic idea as well as a good variety of gifts. |

They are alway very helpful and are always trying to help us to save costs, they spend a lot of time with you and are very friendly people to deal with. Finally, the quality of stock has always been very good.

Since l started here 3 years ago the practice has been using Make A Difference Office Supplies for all their stationery needs etc. I have found all the staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. If we require something which is not in stock they will endeavor to get it in for us. They are always prepared to discuss and negotiate prices if it is requested. The delivery service is also very prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else.

The thing I love most about Make A Difference Office Supplies is the exemplary service. I place my orders on the website and 99% of the time I find exactly what I'm looking for using the search function. If I can't find it, I know there's always someone willing to help me when I call. I have been ordering stationery for MANY years and I really believe Integrated are THE best stationery supplies company in Australia. I love dealing with Make A Difference because I am treated like an individual, by intelligent people (Arcadia in particular!). I use the website to order most of the time, but also love to call up and have a chat with the sales team who are always available and happy to help with any difficult enquiries. I really appreciate the effort by Make A Difference when I am searching for rare or unusual products (they tend to be quite quirky at times!). I love MAD because they offer a good selection at competitive prices. I give MAD a 9/10, only because I want to encourage them to keep on improving!

I think Make A Difference Office Supplies has the BEST customer service, I give them a 10/10! They are just so efficient (they out-do me!!) and always have prompt delivery. I make my orders online, but always get a call in regards to back orders and I love speaking to all the friendly staff, including Stuart, our personal courier! We think MAD is the best office supplies company in Australia!

We have been dealing with Make A Difference Office Supplies for a very long time, and every time I call the staff are fantastic. They are all professional but not in a lame way, they have a laugh and a joke with you its like dealing with a family member or a friend, and that’s how I see them all. Louise is the person I deal with on a weekly basis and she is absolutely fantastic, but all the staff are great, Arcadia, Geoff, Anne and many more, what a great team! I can not stress enough the persistence & help the staff at ‘MAD’ give to us, in order to fulfill our needs as a growing & busy organisation.
